How to use the app?

Create PIN and select refrigerants

On first launch, set a 4-6 digit PIN and select the refrigerants you work with.

Set initial stock

Enter current stock levels for each selected refrigerant.

Register orders

For each refrigerant usage, add an order - select refrigerant, enter quantity, add photos and notes.

Record purchases

Enter each refrigerant purchase with invoice number and supplier name.

Generate reports

At year end, export summary to CSV - ready for inspection audits.
